‘L’Endurance ‘ is a unique beach race for mountain bikes with a mass
start of more than 1500 participants. This event was chosen among
marathons of the 5 continents and has been ranked third best mountain
bike event of the 20th century!! De Panne has many other sports to
offer among which: horseback riding, sailing, windsurfing, bowling,
biking, hiking and or walking, fishing, mini golf, tennis, volley-ball,
golf, land yachting and of course, swimming in the North Sea.

The wide large promenade is the ideal place to stroll by the beach,

The Dumont neighbourhood, famous for its architecture is definitely
worth a stroll. It is characterized by its “cottage” style
architecture. It takes one back to the end of the 19th, beginning of
