(2) A reservation deposit of 25% is requested when the reservation is made. You will then receive a renting contract including all relevant information.
(3) A caution of 250€ has to be added to the rest payment. The later has to be on our account one month prior to the start of the renting period. This caution covers various charges (water -2.5€/m3- and electricity -day0.22€/kWh - night0.12€/kWh-), as well as for possible breakages while renting and finally the cleaning fee if a cleaning service is required. The outstanding amount will be deposited in your account at most 15 days later.
(4) The apartment can be rented on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Please contact us to receive a price quotation for longer periods of time.
(5) The bed, bath and kitchen linen is not included. Bed linen can be rented and/or beds can be made up before arrival.
